We wanted to keep the colour palette white and green - festive in a subtle manner. Sustainability being a focal element of this piece - the freshest ingredients, all biodegradable. Dehydrated sliced apples, green hypericums, some lovely skimmia and berzelia galpinii set on nobilis pine.
